Ketika saya menggunakan Zen Browser versi Beta tetapi Zen Broswser belum tersedia versi stabilnya dan dulunya project ini versi alpha.
Zen Browser adalah software peramban web yang gratis dan bersumber terbuka.Peramban ini merupakan percabangan atau produk baru dari Mozilla Firefox.
Zen Browser hadir sebagai angin segar di dunia perambanan web. Dikenal sebagai “Zona Bebas Google” yang menawarkan pengalaman berselancar di internet, browser ini menjanjikan privasi yang lebih baik dan produktivitas yang ditingkatkan.
Zen Browser memiliki beberapa fitur, di antaranya:
- Fokus pada privasi dan kemampuan penyesuaian
- Dilisensikan di bawah Lisensi Publik Mozilla 2.0 (MPL 2.0)
- Memiliki fitur ruang kerja untuk mengatur tab berdasarkan tugas, proyek, atau tema
- Berjalan pada beberapa OS lama, seperti macOS 12.7.6
Kekurangan dan Kelebihan Zen Browser.
Kelebihan Zen Browser
- Privasi: Fokus utama Zen Browser pada privasi adalah nilai jual yang besar bagi pengguna yang peduli dengan keamanan data pribadi.
- Produktivitas: Fitur tiling sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, terutama bagi mereka yang sering bekerja dengan banyak tab atau jendela sekaligus.
- Kustomisasi: Pengguna dapat menyesuaikan browser sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, sehingga pengalaman browsing menjadi lebih personal.
- Extensi Kompatibel Mozilla: Zen browser ini turunan dari firefox sehingga user bisa install extensi browser pada zen browser dan tanpa batas.
Kekurangan Zen Browser
- Kurva Pembelajaran: Bagi pengguna yang sudah terbiasa dengan browser lain, mungkin memerlukan waktu untuk beradaptasi dengan fitur dan antarmuka Zen Browser.
